Our organisation

To provide an effective and continuous service, our structure is based on two components working in close synergy at both central and regional level:

  • The organisational structure, responsible for political, administrative and management
    functions
  • The operational structure, which coordinates and carries out rescue activities across the
    territory

A clear distinction between organisational and operational functions helps us distribute tasks more effectively, manage resources carefully, and maintain a solid, responsible and coherent working model over time.

Governance

Organisational structure

The organisational structure of the association oversees planning, administrative management and the coordination of internal functions. This constant work allows the operational teams to concentrate on rescue activities, knowing they can rely on a solid, up-to-date and well-organised foundation.
